Returns & Exchanges
Not the right setup? You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
- Item must be unused and in original packaging.
- Email hello@basecampcoffeeco.com with your order number to start a return.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Damaged or defective on arrival? We replace it free - no return required, just send a photo.
