How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders arrive in 7-15 business days with standard shipping, or 4-8 business days with expedited shipping. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.
Do your grinders and presses work with any coffee beans/grounds?
Yes - all Basecamp grinders work with any whole bean coffee, and our presses and pour-overs work with standard medium-fine grounds.
Can I bring these on a plane?
Yes. All Basecamp gear is TSA carry-on friendly. Empty any liquid before you fly, and pack ground coffee in a sealed bag if you're traveling internationally with agricultural restrictions.
Is there a warranty?
Every product includes a 12-month manufacturer's warranty against defects. Contact us with your order number and we'll sort out a replacement or repair.
What's your return policy?
30 days, no questions asked, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to over 60 countries. Duties and import taxes, if applicable, are calculated at checkout so there are no surprise fees on delivery.
